MLR PARTNERS is a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management firm founded in 2011 by Mark Renbaum to develop projects that activate Baltimore's neighborhoods, citizens, businesses, and institutions. Mr. Renbaum has more than 20 years of direct real estate experience in acquisitions, development, finance, management, operations, and law. MLR Partners focus on transformative projects in the Baltimore region includes the planned revitalization of the (former) Northwood Plaza Shopping Center. Mr. Renbaum is also the CEO of Baltimore-based Schwaber Holdings, LLC, which owns and manages over 825,000 square feet of retail and commercial properties in the Baltimore region, including the Yorkridge Shopping Center and Gittings Marketplace.
